What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you tell us:

• your email address and, if you choose, your first name;
• about your child: first name (optional), age range, whether they have a formal diagnosis (you can choose "prefer not to say"), and the areas you'd like help with;
• how you heard about NOMA (optional).

We also record which link brought you to the site (for example, a post on Instagram). This tells us which of our posts are useful to parents.

Why we collect it

• To add you to the waitlist and email you about early access.
• To make those emails relevant to your child's age and the areas you asked about.
• To understand, in aggregate, which of our content helps families find us.

What you tell us about your child is used to personalize, not to assess. NOMA does not screen, diagnose, or make judgments about your child.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't use advertising trackers on this website.
• We don't share what you tell us about your child with advertisers or analytics providers.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers to run the waitlist. They process information only on our behalf:

• our website host, which also receives the form;
• our email service, once connected.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete what you've shared, email hello@nomakids.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This website is for parents and caregivers. We only collect information about a child from their parent or caregiver, and only what's described above.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell waitlist members by email.
